The Portrait: (Day of Coordination)

My Portrait Package includes:

• Initial consultation with Bride and/or Groom
• One additional consultation beginning at least four weeks before the wedding to get a clear picture of your vision for your wedding day
• Unlimited correspondence via email or telephone
• Etiquette guidelines and advice
• Construct a detailed timeline of the wedding day

• Coordination of rehearsal, ceremony, and reception
  

As your liaison for your vendors I will:

• Serve as the point of contact (POC) for your vendors
• Confirm that your vendors have correct information and times of service
• Vendor itineraries for event day
• Wedding party itineraries for event weekend
• Accompany you to Ceremony and Reception site for final walk-through
• Supervise & Coordinate rehearsal
• Supervise & Coordinate vendor set up and arrivals
• Reception supervision and management
• Set up programs, favors, seating assignments, & other decor
• Instruct ushers on seating guests and honored members of the family
• Line up bridal party for processional
• Coordinate reception activities with DJ or band leader (i.e. introductions, toasts, special dances, garter/bouquet toss, cake cutting)
• Ensure toasting flutes, cake serving set and guest book are set up.
• Ensure personal items collected and placed in appropriate cars
• Gather gifts and wedding cards and give to designated person
