Having Roxmary as our wedding coordinator was simply incredible. We are detail-oriented, and knowing that, at our rehearsal she told us, “don’t worry, I’ll take care of everything,” and she did. From that point on we didn’t have to worry about anything. We had whatever we needed while we were getting ready, she made sure the vendors were where they needed to be at the right times, she helped the wedding party in their getting ready process, and although she was busy making sure everything was running smoothly, she took time out to check with each of us to make sure we were doing okay as well. She kept saying “this is your day – let me know if you need anything.”
We had a few snags with one of our vendors, but Roxmary handled it effortlessly, and we were never the wiser. She kept us on track with our timeline, she made sure our car was ready when we were leaving after the reception, and she not only helped oversee the cleanup process, she made sure all our items and gifts were packed up and delivered to us safe and sound.
People have asked us how our wedding was, and after our initial response of how much we enjoyed ourselves one of the first things that comes out of our mouths is “Thank God for Roxmary!” When we sit back and look at how much she did that day we are blown away by her how calm and efficient she was. We cannot recommend her enough – she is so much fun to work with, and she really takes the time to get to know you as a couple, to see what your vision is for your wedding. Thank you so much Roxmary, we don’t know what we would have done without you!

Having Roxmary coordinate our wedding was such a blessing. She helped make our special day stress-free. She was so organized and on top of everything that we were able to relax with our family and friends and not worry about a thing. Roxmary communicated with all of our vendors from set up to take down, from the rehearsal to the ceremony to the reception; she was there every step of the way.
